CHALLENGE
This is the first large-scale Data Science internship program ever launched in Ukraine — and we continue to run it annually, building a strong tradition of shaping the country’s next generation of Data Science professionals.
PARTICIPANTS
We are searching for passionate and driven individuals who are eager to develop their Data Science skills.
Ideal candidates should:
- Have understanding of Python, Machine Learning, or related fields
- Technical education
- English B1+
- Be ready to commit at least 20 hours per week
- Be highly motivated to learn and grow
Each intern will be guided by a mentor – a Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience.
STRUCTURE / MENTOR
Kick-off Meeting – Get introduced to your mentor, fellow interns, and the Skill Evaluation program to set expectations and goals.
Project-Based Learning – Work on real Data Science tasks, collaborating with experts in a structured learning environment.
Ongoing Mentorship – Receive continuous guidance through chat, scheduled check-ins, and feedback sessions to enhance your learning experience.
RESULTS
Practical experience in AI, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and more.
A chance to work on real-world projects that make an impact.
Career opportunities – The most outstanding interns will be offered a full-time paid position at WINSTARS.AI.
