Clusters Uniting as a Response to the Challenges of Our Time

In today’s fast-evolving technological world, where challenges demand new approaches, acting together is crucial. This is exactly what happened at Tech Unity, where the unification of 16 regional IT clusters into a new community, Tech Synergy, was officially announced.

This significant milestone is the result of long, persistent work, bold ideas, and faith in the power of partnership. Our CEO, Дмитро Софина, one of the main visionaries behind this initiative, has been on this journey since the first concepts back in 2017 until today’s realization.

Tech Synergy is more than just a union - it’s the foundation for Ukraine’s technological and economic breakthroughs. Sixteen regions have come together to build a strong, innovative, and globally competitive ecosystem.

We are grateful to everyone involved, especially the Kharkiv IT Cluster and IT-Association Vinnytsia - without them, this launch wouldn’t have been as impactful.
