- • 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning / NLP
• Strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, or transformer-based architectures
• Experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Strong knowledge of pandas, NumPy, and data analysis tools
• Experience with Docker and Linux
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform
• Understanding of ML/NLP evaluation methods and experimental design
• Experience working with NLP datasets, model outputs, and performance analysis
• Upper-intermediate English
WOULD BE A PLUS:
• Experience with question answering systems
• Experience with machine translation tasks
• Experience with RAG-based applications
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based applications
• Experience with embeddings and vector search
• Experience with LLM evaluation approaches
• Experience with Azure SQL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research and evaluate new NLP methods, models, and architectures
• Design and run experiments to improve model quality and system performance
• Develop NLP solutions for question answering and translation tasks
• Build APIs and production-ready services for NLP applications
• Perform in-depth analysis of datasets, model outputs, and evaluation results
• Create visualizations and reports to support research and project goals
• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable NLP solutions in Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with engineering teams on solution architecture, integration, and optimization
